Library

The Library is housed in a unique Geodesic Dome that is aesthetically structured to act as an Energy Center providing inspiration for the students to get into reading habit. It has 4 floors on the reading side with a seating capacity of 500 and 5 floors on the stocking side to stock 1,00,000 books. At present the Library has 67,000 volumes and subscription to 156 National and International journals. It has a separate fully air conditioned, Digital Library with a seating capacity of 40. The Institute is member of DELNET, and JCCC.

The centre also has of collection of corporate annual reports pertaining to private / public sector undertakings and project reports on different areas of research. The library is laid out spaciously. Its eco-friendly environment provides calm and peaceful environment for learning.

Exclusive collections focused on manufacturing & Engineering with handbooks, Titles on Mechanical Engg, Manufacturing, Industrial production and Journals. And the digital library covers almost any computing topic, including computer hardware, software development, AI, Graphics, Networking, IT, Security, The Internet and more.

JCCC is J-Gate Custom Content for a group of homogeneous consortia members, and JCCC-INDEST is J-Gate Custom Content for the Indian National Digital Library in Science and Technology (INDEST),is database cum-gateway Service for global journal literature in engineering & technology. JCCC database indexes articles from 3,961+ international and national journals cover-to-cover. Full-text accesses for about 1028+ of these journals are available free through JCCC. Update every week, JCCC indexes about 250,000 articles every year. Besides provided for each article indexed in JCCC.

Users can browse the table-of contents of latest and back issues, and search for articles of their choice by the author, title-word, keywords, subject categories, etc. JCCC's innovative search interface facilities hyper-linked search for author, keywords and journal name, from within the record.
